PRODUCTION: Please allow the full turn around & production times listed on the FAQ guide before contacting. Please be as specific as possible when ordering (example: length, colors, texture, loc count, loc thickness). Violet Cove isn't responsible for any faulty or incorrect ordering by the customer. All locs are produced sharpie thickness unless otherwise specified by the customer.
All orders are produced using high quality synthetics & additionally with antimicrobial Spectra brand hair.
SHIPPING: Violet Cove is not responsible for any UPS / USPS delays , because the delivery is not on my behalf. Violet Cove is not responsible for shipping to a faulty address provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping info is correct, the order won't be released unless it's confirmed valid by you, the customer. Please allow the full 3-5 shipping window to pass in order to recieve your package before contacting myself or USPS with concerns. All packages are grouped together & taken to USPS Mon-Fri.
Violet Cove CANNOT GUARANTEE a specific delivery / arrival day but an attempt will be made; You may request a general time frame in the checkout notes but it's not 100% certain to arrive on that day due to the nature of the postal system.
CARE: Please follow the care instructions listed on the site for best use. Violet Cove is not liable for any misuse of loc extensions or customer failure to care for them. Because the loc extensions are a ooak handmade item in the shop, they will be prone to regular wear & tear. This isn't grounds to file a formal complaint. Please remove the locs right away if they impose a serious hazard. It's the customer responsibility & due dilligence to read the care guide provided on this site.

RETURNS: Due to the sanitary nature of extensions, all sales are final once placed online. Violet Cove doesn't accept returns. Violet Cove isn't responsible for any refunds on loc extensions no matter the customer complaint (ex: discomfort felt by customer, incorrect ordering done by customer, late shipment arrival by USPS, etc). They're premeditated, pre planned, specialty made, paid for, & comissioned by the customer. The customer assumes all liability when ordering & caring for their locs.
